1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of cs8vip shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first contact cs8vip customer support to attempt resolution informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, with the arbitration conducted in English and held in Metro Manila.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 cs8vip's Right to Suspend or Terminate

cs8vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, chargebacks or payment disputes, prolonged inactivity, or any conduct that cs8vip determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the Platform or other users.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to use cs8vip immediately ceases. cs8vip will process withdrawal of any remaining account balance, provided the account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met. However, cs8vip reserves the right to withhold funds if there are reasonable grounds to believe the account was engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.

12.3 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your cs8vip account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing your closure request, we will confirm that you have withdrawn all available funds and that there are no pending bets or bonuses. Once your account is closed, you may not create a new account without cs8vip's express written permission.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement
